- Reach Fork Lift Truck Driver -

Our client in the Holmewood area of Chesterfield are recruiting for several Reach FLT drivers.


You will be working for a market leader in their field and a nationally recognised brand at the head quarters.
 
Duties include:

Driving a Reach FLT, 

Loading and unloading deliveries, 

Moving stock around the warehouse  

Booking stock in & out.


Hours:
Working a variety of shifts which could include 5 days out of 7 or a '4 on 4 off' shift pattern

Days 6am to 6pm or nights 6pm to 6am

Pay:
Dependent on shift and experience the hourly rate will be between £8.00 & £9.00

Planning and control of daily production schedules,

Engineering/manufacturing experience,

ENGINEERING


- Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - 


We are very excited to be recruiting for a prestigious client in Chesterfield - the client has been established for over 50 years.


Duties to include:

Repairing and refurbishing the clients specialist products this will include stripping, re-assembling, 

Responding to breakdown, 

Planned maintenance, 

Cleaning, painting & quality checking products.



The Ideal Candidate:

Will have some form of maintenance/engineering experience,

Great attention to detail, 

Working to precision is also a must,
Problem solving is a big part of what will be required and the ability to keep focused will play a big part in this role,

MUST have a proactive and "Can do" attitude.


Hours:
Generally days and afters, Monday to Friday (hours may vary if you are required to visit a particular site)


Pay:
For the right person with the right experience the pay could be up to £35,000/annum - our client are also willing to consider people with minimal experience and give full training (this will reflect in the rate of pay).

- Electrical Maintenance Engineer -


Inspire Resourcing Ltd are working with our established client to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team.


You will be Reporting to the Engineering Manager and carrying out routine maintenance on plant equipment. 


Duties:
Maintain all the equipment within the Company,
PPM,
Reactive maintenance and root cause analysis,
Repairs to the plant and equipment including Cranes, Sand mixers and Heat treatment furnaces,
Involved with Lean projects and initiatives,
Contribute to and drive continuous improvement culture,
Maintain a strong positive Health and Safety culture in the workplace.

The Ideal Candidate:
Electrical Engineering/Maintenance,
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics,
Able to work at heights and in confined spaces,
Experience maintaining overhead cranes,
FLT / Overhead Crane licence a distinct advantage,

Siemens Controls knowledge.

Hours:

Days / afters shift system (Monday to Friday)

Working Saturday/Sunday when required for overtime pay.

- Design Engineer -

Due to increased sales, a vacancy has arisen for a Design Engineer to work as part of the Production Engineering team within our
Manufacturing Site.

The Design Engineer will work on a variety of bespoke customer orders that will be designed using Solidworks. Manufacturing and
Profile drawings will be created to make the designs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake research and development projects, as well as continuously improving
existing products, and tailoring design solutions to individual customer specifications. They will have the opportunity to follow projects all the way
through from initial design to full manufacture, supporting the project at every stage.


Preferred Skill Set:
Competent design engineer with experience in a similar role,
Strong technical background with the ability to resolve creative and technical problems for customers and production staff,
Solidworks 3D experience (3+ years),Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Confident at communicating at all levels and with customers,
Self-motivated and reliable,
Numerate and accurate with a strong attention to detail,
Good general knowledge of manufacturing techniques for fabrication and sheet metal.


Role Responsibilities:
Designing bespoke Fabrications, Machined Components in a wide range of materials and industries,
Creation and maintenance of Solid works 3D CAD models, Drawing technical assembly drawings,
Value engineering and re-engineering of products,
Working to KPI’s to reduce scrap and improve utilization,
Research and development of new products,
Creation of full material cutting lists and components to issue to production from 3D models created,
Technical support and guidance on drawings for production team leaders, 

Issuing of drawings to customers for sign off/approval and make amendments where necessary,
Occasional site visits to carry out measurements for installation projects for in house manufacture,
Creation of laser cutting programs for production (training would be provided).


Experience:
Solidworks Software: required
Design: required.


Pay:

Up to £30,000 per year depending on experience.

WELDING


- MIG Welder - 


Inspire Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting for a Mig Welder in the Chesterfield area.


Our client specialises in large steel structures so are looking for an experienced Mig welder/fabricator to join the team.


The ideal candidate must:

be able to read from drawings, 

have at least 5 years experience in MIG welding,

have experience with power tools,

have experience operating an overhead crane,

be able to use own initiative and manage workload.


Hours:

Mon - Fri 7.30am - 4pm, with the opportunity for overtime.


Pay: 

Between £10-£12 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties include:
Read and work from drawings,
Be able to work with all hand tools e.g. hand drills, files, hacksaws and taps, etc,
Be able to mark out and measure accurately,
TIG welding experience,
Have knowledge of both silver and soft soldering techniques,
Be able to dress welded work up to high standards.


The Ideal Candidate:
The ability to work to deadlines,
Strong attention to detail,
Experience in working with various metals such as, mild steel, brass, copper, stainless steel and aluminium,
Knowledge in working with thin gauge sheet metals from 20g – 10g also tube and box section up to 4” dia.,
